Before founding Butterfly Effect, Simon worked independently with local artists and produced multiple viral music campaigns that propelled their songs to the top of the charts. Seeing how traditional marketing principles, combined with a deep understanding of youth culture, were the magic recipe for creating virality, inspired him to start Butterfly Effect. Simon’s passion for everything pop culture, as well as his sharp business mind and wide network amongst a new generation of creators and cultural influencers, sets the foundation for crafting our strategic approach and impactful campaigns.

Johanna has over 10 years of experience working with project management, brand development, and marketing activation on both the agency and company sides, most recently at H&M North Europe. With her strategic mindset, deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities brands are facing, and strong project management skills, she provides our clients with invaluable guidance and support.
