Before founding Butterfly Effect, Simon worked independently with local artists and produced viral music campaigns that propelled their songs to the top of the charts. Seeing how traditional marketing principles, combined with a deep understanding of youth culture, were the magic recipe for creating virality, inspired him to start Butterfly Effect.
Johanna Behrer
Johanna has a strategic mindset, deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities brands are facing, and strong project management skills, that provides our clients with invaluable guidance and support.
Johanna has over 10 years of experience working with project management, brand development, and marketing activation on both the agency and company sides, most recently at H&M North Europe.
Joshua Ödman
Joshua's ability to understand platforms, Gen Z, and how to generate traction truly sets him apart. Already in his first months at Butterfly Effect he created several mega-viral music campaigns on TikTok that reached number one on the charts.
Joshua joined Butterfly Effect as an intern in early 2023. Later that year, he transitioned to a full-time role and now leads our work within the music sector.
Moa Engman
Moa brings great expertise in brand-building content marketing, and her deep knowledge of the social media landscape ensures strategic and impactful campaign execution.
With experience running her own company and working on both the agency and client sides, Moa excels in managing complex projects, enhancing our team’s capabilities and driving success for our clients.
Jonas Siljemark
Jonas has an extensive background in the music industry as an entrepreneur and CEO, including as Nordic Manager for Warner Music Group until 2020. Today, Jonas works as a business angel in around ten companies and as a board member.
Klas Lunding
Klas is an A&R, entrepreneur, and business angel with over forty years of experience in the Swedish music industry. Today, Klas focuses on investing in music and technology startups, using his experience to support the next generation of innovations.
Claes Bodén
Claes has, since his early years, been active in pop culture, working with record companies, music festivals, and clubs. He founded and served as CEO of the communications agency Jung for 15 years. Today, he runs the strategy agency Hint together with Johan Åkesson.
Johan Åkesson
Johan is a futurist and brand strategist. He has a long-standing background as a journalist at, among others, Dagens Nyheter and Sveriges Radio, as well as a partner at the trend agency Sprillo. Today, he runs the strategy agency Hint together with Claes Bodén.
